The LTD Alexi Hexed is offered in an offset V shape with neck-thru-body construction at 25.5" scale. It features a three-piece thin u-shaped maple neck with natural satin finish for smooth and fast playability, alder body wings, and a Macassar ebony fingerboard (scalloped from frets 19-24) with 24 extra-jumbo frets, sawtooth inlays, and glow-in-the-dark side markers. Components on this outstanding guitar include Grover tuners, a double-locking Floyd Rose 1000 bridge, chrome hardware, and a single EMG HZ F-H2 passive pickup with volume control. This ceramic high-gain pickup offers excellent presence and clarity with a punchy response. Available in Purple Fade finish with light purple pinstripes, with matching back and sides. Great quality case, keyboard doesn’t work as intended

Case is fine and good quality but the keyboard doesn’t work as intended. Bluetooth connects great but the keyboard is formatted incorrectly. For example, when I try to use a dash, it puts an apostrophe instead. I have no idea how to reformat it myself. I’d love just a replacement keyboard
