Harvest is 100% done by hand at night. A first selection of grapes is made, directly in the vines.

Thanks to the manual harvest we prevent any possible damages to our grapes or vines, ensuring the highest quality and obtaining fruity, complex, elegant and gastronomic wines capable of capturing the soul of our grape varieties in this historic land.

Night harvest avoid the oxidation of the grapes thanks to the lower temperatures and it allows the grapes to arrive into the winery at the right temperature for it vinification and preserve energy in the winery.

Upon arrival to the cellar, we do a second selection of grapes on the selection table where freshly cut grapes are selected manually and those that do not meet our quality, size and maturity requirements are discarded.
